CMI takes all necessary precautions to keep your personal information private and secure. Only authorized CMI personnel, Third Party companies (e.g., service providers), or authorized personnel of our business partners (who have contractually agreed to keep all information secure) have access to your personal information. All CMI employees who have access to your personal data must adhere to CMI’s Privacy Policy, and all Third-Party employees who have access to your personal information have signed a confidentiality agreement. In addition, Third Party companies that have access to your personal data are under the same contractual obligation to ensure that this information remains secure. To ensure that your personal information is protected, CMI maintains a secure IT environment and has taken the necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access (e.g., hacking).

Your personal information will be used for the purposes you have provided to CMI. It will also be used to administer, support, and obtain feedback about the level of our services and prevent breaches (disruptions) to our security, law, and contract terms.

CMI will never share your personal information with any Third-Party scommercial organizations that intend to use it for direct marketing purposes unless you have authorized us to do so.

We may, in limited circumstances, disclose your personal information to potential purchasers of any relevant CMI business, but provided that (i) we are assured under a contract that this information is kept private and secure; and (ii) that when disclosing this information CMI complies with applicable local laws.

Spamming is when unsolicited emails containing advertisements or marketing material are sent to you without your prior consent.

CMI does NOT send SPAM emails. CMI uses an anti-SPAM tool to protect its employees from SPAMMING. Sending emails without consent is illegal in many countries. CMI will not use your personal information (including your email address) for direct marketing or future communications unless you authorize it, also called “OPT-IN” consent.

In addition, CMI does not share your personal information with Third Parties (who are not part of CMI) who will use your personal information to send you SPAM emails.
