Desde el Corporativo se lideran los servicios transversales que se prestan a los diferentes negocios, con el objetivo que los mismos sean transversales, estandarizados y alineados al gobierno de CMI.
A través del CSI se gestionan los procesos de servicios financieros, recursos humanos, administrativos y contraloría, con un equipo de más de 400 colaboradores altamente comprometidos y expertos en asesorar a cada área de negocio.
Este período, CMI Alimentos también destacó por la innovación y alianzas estratégicas para fortalecer e introducir nuevas líneas de productos y modelos de negocios para acercarse a sus consumidores, todo fiel al propósito “Alimentamos tu mundo para llenarlo de bienestar”.
Para el 2023, CMI Alimentos plantea continuar con su estrategia de expansión y el desarrollo por medio de la generación de empleo, además de innovar en los procesos de venta y compras anticipadas para garantizar el suministro de todo su portafolio, con más de 20 categorías.
CMI Alimentos destinará US$1.000 millones para el desarrollo de infraestructura, tecnología, innovación y sostenibilidad, con el fin de afianzar su presencia en el gusto de los consumidores y contribuir a fortalecer la seguridad alimentaria en la región.
